Endre Sjøvold
Our Director of Research and Development and founder, Endre Sjøvold, collaborated with Robert Freed Bales (Harvard) and currently holds a professorship at NTNU where he leads the project Operative Leadership, aimed at finding the key to developing teams that master situations characterized by uncertainty, chaos, and high mental pressure, and Theme 5 Leadership, Team, and Culture in the research initiative Better Megaprojects. Endre also has significant experience from major restructuring projects both internationally and in Norway.

Frode Heldal
Frode Heldal is a Professor of Organization and Management at the NTNU Business School. He has researched teams and team development for over 20 years and has practical experience from both the business sector and the public sector.

Stein Forsdahl
Stein Forsdahl is a Senior Lecturer at the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy and holds a PhD in Leadership and Team Development. In his research and practice, he has used the SPGR model to analyze and understand group dynamics.
