Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is SPGR?
SPGR - Systematizing the Person-Group Relation - is an integrated theory that represents a synthesis of the most influential theories within organizational and group research.
What is an SPGR survey (spørring)?
An SPGR survey consists of multiple questionnaires using the SPGR scale.
As a respondent, you will be asked to rate one or more people (as well as one or more abstract response objects) using a set of 24 questions, which describe three adjectives or behavior types, and indicate whether they often, sometimes, or rarely display the given behavior.
Once all members of a study have responded, the SPGR consultant can generate SPGR report diagrams to highlight the findings and begin providing feedback.
Is it a personality test?
No, SPGR is not a personality test.
SPGR measures subjective perceptions and behavior—which change over time. The dynamic nature and flexibility of how we react in different situations, contexts, and roles are central to adapting and improving, be it as a team, a colleague, or as a leader.
A personality test, on the other hand, tries to measure static and unchanging characteristics of a person.
How much information about me do you store?
We store your name, email, basic demographics, and individual responses to surveys in our system. We also store various administrative access information necessary to ensure the security of the system.
Please see the privacy terms for details.
When can I see the results / reports?
The SPGR reports are sent out by the SPGR consultant who created the group and the survey. This is to ensure the ethical use and completeness of the data before it is shared.
I think I answered incorrectly. Can I try again?
The SPGR consultant who created the survey can reset your answers (all or individually) so you can take the survey again. Send an email to the consultant and explain the situation.
